Services

WebStar provides web design, SEO, content strategy, and AI automation services. Specific project scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are outlined in individual project proposals agreed upon before work begins.

• Website builds are quoted per project, typically with a 50% deposit to begin and 50% due at launch.
• Monthly retainer services are billed monthly and can be cancelled with 30 days written notice. No long-term contracts.
• Content add-ons are billed monthly as part of the retainer and can be added or removed with 30 days notice.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the website we build for you — including the design, content we create, and custom code. You are free to modify, host elsewhere, or transfer ownership of your site.

WebStar retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and case studies unless you request otherwise in writing. Third-party tools, frameworks, and open-source libraries used in your project remain under their respective licenses.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide timely feedback and approvals to keep projects on schedule
• Supply required content, images, branding materials, and access credentials as needed
• Ensure any content you provide does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights
• Maintain the confidentiality of your client portal login credentials

AI Chat Assistant

Limitation of Liability

WebStar provides services on an “as-is” basis. While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic volumes, or lead generation results. SEO and digital marketing outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control, including market competition, algorithm changes, and business operations.

Cancellation & Refunds

• Monthly retainer: Cancel anytime with 30 days written notice. No penalties or cancellation fees.
• Project deposits: Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun, as they cover discovery, planning, and initial development.
• Disputes: If you're unsatisfied with deliverables, we'll work with you to resolve concerns before final payment is due.
